Terms and Conditions

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Betsy is a web based venue and platform that connects chicken owners with people that can offer care for their birds, to find, communicate and arrange pet care services (the “Betsy Service”). The chicken owners will be referred to as “Pet Owners”, and those caring for the animals will be called “Pet Service Providers” (together, “Customers”). In these Terms, “Betsy”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HeyBetsy Limited [of [insert address]]. These Terms govern any and all use of the software, website, resources relating to the Betsy Service. Our Betsy Guarantee, Betsy Privacy Policy and Betsy Protection and other policies applicable to your use of the Betsy Service are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

BY ACCESSING, USING AND ENGAGING WITH THE BETSY SERVICE YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  1. BETSY SERVICE

The Betsy Service enables Customers to publish, offer, search for, and book pet boarding (known as “Chicken Hotels”), pet sitting (known as ”Visiting Managers”) and any other pet chicken care services (collectiovely, “Pet Care Services”). When Customers make or accept a booking, they are entering into a contract directly with each other. Betsy is not and does not become a party to or other participant in any contractual relationship between Customers. Betsy is not acting as an agent for any Customer except for where Betsy acts as a payment collection agent. While we work hard to ensure our Customers have great experiences using the Betsy Service, we do not and cannot control the conduct or performance of Pet Owners and Pet Service Providers and do not guarantee (i) the existence, quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any listings or Pet Care Services or (ii) the truth or accuracy of any listing descriptions, reviews, or other content provided by Customers. It is your responsibility to carry out careful and detailed investigations before dealing with other Customers including use of or reliance on their content. You should not assume that any information from another Customer is accurate and be aware that a person may not be who he or she claims to be.

Betsy is not a Pet Service Provider, does not provide Pet Care Services and is not responsible for the care or wellbeing of any pet. Pet Service Providers are not under the direction or control of Betsy and we are not responsible for any interactions, communication or dealings between Customers. You acknowledge that Betsy has no obligation to monitor the use of the Betsy Platform and verify information provided by our Customers.

  1. ACCOUNTS

You must register an account to access and use many features of the Betsy Service. Registration is only permitted for legal entities, partnerships and natural persons who are 18 years or older. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up-to-date. You may not register more than one account or transfer your account to someone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third party. You must immediately notify Betsy if you suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen, or your account is otherwise compromised. You are responsible and liable for activities conducted through your Betsy account, unless such activities are not authorised by you and you are not otherwise negligent (such as failing to report the unauthorized use or loss of your credentials). If and as permitted by applicable law, we may, but have no obligation to (i) ask you to provide identification or other information, (ii) undertake checks designed to help verify your identity or background and (iii) screen you against third-party databases or other sources and request reports from service providers.

  1. LISTINGS & BOOKINGS

4.1 The Betsy Service provides tools that make it easy for you to set up and manage a listing (“Listing”). Your Listing must include complete and accurate information about your Pet Services, your price, other charges like cleaning fees and any rules or requirements that apply to your Pet Owners or the Listing. You are responsible for your acts and omissions as well as for keeping your Listing information (including calendar availability) and content (like photos) up-to-date and accurate at all times. We recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance for your Pet Care Services and suggest you carefully review policy terms and conditions like coverage details and exclusions.

4.2 By making a booking via Betsy for Pet Care Services, Pet Owners are agreeing to pay all charges for their booking including the listing price, applicable fees like Betsy’s fees and taxes and any other items identified during checkout. When a Pet Care Service Provider accepts a booking request they are responsible for delivering the Pet Services under the terms and at the price specified in their listing and agreeing to pay any applicable fees like Betsy’s service fees (and applicable taxes) for each booking.

4.3 When a booking confirmation is received from a Pet Service Provider, a contract for Pet Services (a “Reservation”) is formed directly between the Pet Owner and the Pet Service Provider and will be subject to these Terms, the Betsy Promise and the Betsy Guarantee.

4.4 We will initiate payment to the Pet Service Provider within 5 days of completion of the booking unless a dispute arises. Should a dispute arise then payment will take place within 5 days of a mutually agreed resolution to the dispute or at the end of the dispute period. Betsy’s decision is final in regard to all disputes.

  1. FEES & PAYMENTS 

5.4.1 Betsy may charge fees (and applicable Taxes) to Pet Service Providers and Pet Owners for the right to use the Betsy Service. Any applicable fees are disclosed to Pet Service Providers before publishing a Listing and to Pet Owners before making a booking. Except as otherwise provided, service fees are non-refundable.

5.4.2 Each Pet Service Provider, hereby appoints Betsy as the Pet Service Provider’s payment collection agent solely for the limited purpose of accepting and processing funds from Pet Owners purchasing Pet Care Services on the Pet Service Provider’s behalf and agrees that: (i) payment made by a Pet Owner through Betsy shall be considered the same as a payment made directly to the Pet Service Provider, (ii) the Pet Service Provider will provide the Pet Services booked by the Pet Owner in the agreed-upon manner as if the Pet Service Provider has received the payment directly from the Pet Owner and (iii) Betsy may refund the Pet Owner in accordance with the Terms.

5.4.3 Each Pet Service Provider understands that Betsy’s obligation to pay the Pet Service Provider is subject to and conditional upon successful receipt of the associated payments from Pet Owner. Betsy guarantees payments to Pet Service Provider(s) only for such amounts that have been successfully received by Betsy from Pet Owners in accordance with these Terms. In accepting appointment as the limited payment collection agent of the Pet Service Provider, Betsy assumes no liability for any acts or omissions of the Pet Service Provider.

5.4.4 Each Pet Owner acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding the fact that Betsy Payments is not a party to the agreement between the Pet Owner and the Pet Service Provider(s), Betsy acts as each Pet Service Provider’s payment collection agent for the limited purpose of accepting payments from Pet Owners on behalf of the Pet Service Provider(s). Upon a Pet Owner’s payment of the funds to Betsy Payments, the Pet Owner’s payment obligation to the Pet Service Provider(s) for the agreed upon amount is extinguished, and Betsy is responsible for remitting the funds successfully received by Betsy to the Pet Service Provider(s) in the manner described in these Terms. In the event that Betsy does not remit any such amounts, the Pet Service Provider(s) will have recourse only against Betsy Payments and not the Pet Owner directly.

5.4.5 If you are a Pet Owner, you acknowledge and agree that, if you fail to retrieve your pet at the end of the service period agreed in a Reservation, you will be charged for additional service time (pro rata for each partial late day) at the daily rate established in the Reservation. In addition, you agree to indemnify Betsy from, and agree that we may charge your credit card or other payment method for, any additional costs and expenses we or the Pet Service Provider incur as a result of your failure to retrieve your pet at the end of the service period agreed in a Reservation.

5.4.6 Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and subject to the Stripe Services Agreement (available at Stripe Services Agreement — United Kingdom). You agree to provide accurate and complete information about you and your business, and authorise Betsy to share it and transaction information with Stripe for the purposes of facilitating the payment processing services provided by Stripe. Betsy reserves the right to switch payment processing vendors or use alternate or backup vendors in its discretion. Payments to pet service providers will be via paypal and will require a valid and verified email address for the payment transaction. Betsy is not responsible for setting up a paypal account for the payment of funds and is not responsible for the paypal process system.

5.4.6 Should we feel that there is reasonable grounds for suspicion that fraudulent activity has taken place on your account then we reserve the right to put on hold any payments to all parties involved in transactions with your account until the matter is resolved or investigations have completed.

5.4.7 Pet Service Providers are responsible for determining and fulfilling your obligations under applicable laws to report, collect, remit or include in your price any applicable VAT or other indirect taxes, occupancy taxes, tourist, income or other taxes.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

6.1 In the event of cancellation, the amount to be refunded is determined by the cancellation policy, the Betsy Guarantee and the Betsy Protection.

6.2 If a Pet Owner cancels a reservation, the amount that may be refunded is determined by the cancellation policy in the Betsy Guarantee, which states as follows:

  • Cancellations more than 30 days from the start of the booked period: 90% refund
  • Cancellations from 14 days to 29 days from the start of the booked period: 50% refund
  • Cancellations from 7 to 13 days from the start of the booked period: 30% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days from the start of the booked period: 0% refund

The refund amounts are based on the administration, booking and refund costs as well as the probability of securing an alternative booking for the booked period.

The percentage refunds described is based on the amount charged by the Pet Service Provider and excludes the service charge from Betsy. The amount that is left over will be paid directly to the pet service provider. For example: Should a customer cancel their booking with 8 days to go to their booking which costs £115 (£100 pet service provider charge and £15 service charge), they will receive a 30% refund of the amount charged by the pet service provider (30% of £100 = £30). The remaining 60% of the original £100 (=£60) will be given to the Pet Service Provider.

6.3 Should a Pet Service Provider no longer be able to provide the Pet Care Services that have been agreed in a Reservation, the Betsy Guarantee states that the Pet Service Provider will make every attempt to find alternative accommodation listed on Betsy in the local area. Should the accommodation be more expensive, the Pet Owner will not incur any additional charge, the difference will be paid by Betsy. Should the accommodation be cheaper then the customer is not entitled to any refund of the price difference.

6.4 Should we decide in our reasonable discretion that a Pet Service Provider has failed to provide satisfactory Pet Care Services to the Pet Owner or is otherwise in breach of these Terms, then we may in our reasonable discretion cancel a booking and issue a full or partial refund to the Pet Owner at Pet Service Provider’s cost.

6.5 Pet Care Service Providers should not cancel on a Pet Owner without a valid reason under our Betsy Guarantee or applicable law. If a Pet Care Service Provider cancels on a Pet Owner without such a valid reason, we reserve the right to impose a cancellation fee.

6.6 If a Pet Owner receives a refund from Betsy after the Per Service Provider has already been paid, or the amount of the refund and other costs incurred by Betsy exceeds the Pet Service Provider’s payments, Betsy may recover that amount from the Pet Service Provider, including by offsetting the refund against future payments. If we reasonably expect a Pet Service Provider to provide a refund to a Pet Owner, we may delay release of any payment to a Pet Service Provider for that Reservation until a refund decision is made.

[6.7 Pet Service Providers and Pet Owners are responsible for any booking modifications they agree to make via the Betsy Platform (“Booking Modifications”), and agree to pay any additional amounts, fees or taxes associated with any Booking Modification.]

  1. RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 Pet Owners are responsible for their own acts and omissions and for the health of their pets.

7.2 Pet Care Providers are responsible for their own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone they allow to participate in providing Pet Care Services. Pet Care Providers are responsible for setting your price and establishing rules and requirements for your Listing, which must describe any and all fees and charges in their Listing description and may not collect any additional fees or charges outside the Betsy Platform except those expressly authorised by us. Pet Care Providers warrant that they have the necessary abilities to provide the Pet Care Services and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulation related to the provision of the Pet Services including but not limited to noise pollution, disposal of waste, DEFRA rules on poultry keeping (including Avian Flu and other disease outbreak instruction). You are responsible for your own compliance with Tax laws, including accurate accounting and declaration of income. You are responsible for handling and using personal data of Pet Owners and others in compliance with applicable privacy laws and these Terms.

7.3 Pet Owners are required to provide their chosen Pet Service provider with emergency contact information where they can be reached should their pet need medical care or in the case of emergencies. By agreeing to receive the Pet Care Services, you hereby authorise Betsy and your Pet Care Service Provider to obtain and authorise the provision of veterinary care of your pet if you cannot be reached to authorise the care yourself. In such event, you agree that you are liable for all costs associated with such medical treatment.

In certain circumstances the Pet Owner may be eligible for a limited compensation as described under the Betsy Guarantee. In the event that a Pet Service Provider contacts the Pet Owner to notify them of the medical attention required and authorisation for such medical care and the Pet Owner refuses to provide such authorisation, then the Pet Owner hereby releases Betsy and the Pet Service Provider from any injury, damage or liability arising from a failure to seek such care. This includes any reimbursement, refund or compensation that may otherwise have been available under the Betsy Guarantee.

7.4 [Should the Pet Owner fail to retrieve their pet within 5 days of the end of their Reservation period, then Betsy (or the Pet Service Provider) may in their sole discretion, transfer the care of the animal to another person, authority or re-homing service provider in order to ensure continued care of the animal. Should this happen, then the Pet will immediately cease to be the property of the Pet Owner.] The Pet Owner agrees to reimburse Betsy and/or the Pet Service provider for all costs and expenses associated with such actions. [Betsy expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove a Pet Owner’s pet from a Pet Service Provider’s care should Betsy deem it necessary for the safety of the pet.]

Prior to such actions as stated above, Betsy will use all reasonable effort during its normal business house to contact the Pet Owner to arrange alternative care.

7.5 Pet Service Providers should communicate with the Pet Owners as soon as possible should the health of the pets in their care changes, or if they become unable to care for the pets. As a Pet Owner you agree to communicate with the Pet Service Provider before your booking commences should the health of your pets, or if there is a change in any other circumstances previously agreed and arranged under your booking. The Pet Service Provider reserves the right to cancel your booking should the change in circumstances mean that they would be unable to look after your pet. Under such a situation the Pet Owner who made the booking will not be eligible for a refund or compensation from Betsy under the Betsy Guarantee.

  1. REVIEWS

The Betsy Service may provide the ability to leave public reviews of Pet Service providers. Your Review must be accurate and may not contain any discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, or other language that violates decency. Reviews are not verified by Betsy for accuracy and may be incorrect or misleading. We reserve the right to screen, edit or remove these reviews from the Betsy Service for whatever reason. Once a review is made on the site, you hereby grant Betsy the right to use the review for promotion of Betsy including the right to use your name in connection with such Review.

  1. CONTENT.

Parts of the Platform enable you to provide feedback, text, photos, audio, video, information and other content (“Content”). By providing Content, in whatever form and through whatever means, you grant Betsy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license, for the term of the protection of the rights so licensed, to access, use, store, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise exploit in any manner such Content to provide and/or promote the Betsy Service, in any media or platform, known or unknown to date and in particular on Internet and social networks. If Content includes personal information, such Content will only be used for these purposes if such use complies with applicable data protection laws in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for all Content that you provide and warrant that you either own it or are authorized to grant Betsy the rights described in these Terms. You are responsible and liable if any of your Content violates or infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party..

Once uploaded to the Betsy site Your content can be edited or removed by Betsy without your prior approval. We have no obligation to store, retrieve, provide copies or continue to provide access to your content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain backup copies of Your content.

  1. BETSY RULES

You must follow these rules and must not help or induce others to break or circumvent these rules:

  • Use the Betsy Service only in a lawful manner and for the purpose of offering or receiving of Chicken holiday boarding and related chicken services. No other animals are offered through the Betsy Service and the offering of services for other animals will result in an immediate account suspension.
  • You may only use another person’s personal information as necessary to facilitate a transaction using the Betsy Service as authorised by these Terms.
  • You may use Content made available through the Betsy platform solely as necessary to enable your use of the Betsy Service as a Pet Owner or Pet Service Provider.
  • Do not use Content unless you have permission from the Content owner or the use is authorised by us in these Terms or another agreement you have with us.
  • Do not request, make or accept a booking or any payment outside of the Betsy platform to avoid paying fees, taxes or for any other reason.
  • Do not use the Betsy Service to promote a competing service with transactions occurring outside the Betsy Service.
  • Do not engage in any practices that are intended to manipulate our search algorithm.
  • Do not book Pet Care Services unless you are actually using the Pet Care Services.
  • Do not interfere with the accounts or services offered by another Betsy Service user.
  • Do not use, copy, display, mirror or frame the Betsy website, platform, any Content, any Betsy trademark, logo, branding, or any page layout or design without our consent.
  • If you provide us with someone else’s personal information, you must do so in compliance with applicable law.
  • Do not use or register any domain name, social media handle, trade name, trademark, branding, logo or other source identifier that may be confused with Betsy branding.
  • Do not offer Pet Care Services that violate the laws or agreements that apply to you.
  • Do not lie, misrepresent something or someone, or pretend to be someone else.
  • Do not post any content on the Betsy Service which would be deemed to be offence or unlawful. This includes materials or written content that are threatening, abusive, racist, homophobic, religiously intolerant or insulting, containing nudity or otherwise violating the legal rights and protections of others.
  • Do not use bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means to access or collect data or other content from or otherwise interact with the Betsy platform.
  • Do not hack, avoid, remove, impair, or otherwise attempt to circumvent any security or technological measure used to protect the Betsy platform or Content.
  • Do not decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software or hardware used to provide the Betsy platform.
  • Do not take any action that could damage or adversely affect the performance or proper functioning of the Betsy platform.
  1. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

12.1 The agreement between you and Betsy reflected by these Terms remains in effect until either you or we terminate the agreement in accordance with these Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by sending us an email or by deleting your account. Betsy may terminate this agreement for any reason by giving you 30 days’ notice via email or using any other contact information you have provided for your account. Betsy may also terminate this agreement immediately and without prior notice and stop providing access to the Betsy Platform if (i) you materially breach these Terms or our other policies, (ii) you violate applicable laws, or (iii) such action is necessary to protect the personal safety or property of Betsy, its Customers, or third parties (for example in the case of fraudulent behavior of a Customer), or (iv) your account has been inactive for more than two years.

12.2 If (i) you breach these Terms, (ii) you violate applicable laws, regulations or third party rights, (iii) you have repeatedly received poor Reviews or Betsy otherwise becomes aware of or has received complaints about your performance or conduct, (vi) you have repeatedly cancelled confirmed bookings or failed to respond to booking requests without a valid reason, or (vii) such action is necessary to protect the personal safety or property of Betsy, its Customers, or third parties, Betsy may:

  • suspend or limit your access to or use of the Betsy Platform and/or your account;
  • suspend or remove Listings, Reviews, or other Content;
  • cancel pending or confirmed bookings; or
  • suspend or revoke any special status associated with your account.

In case of non-material violations or where otherwise appropriate, you will be given notice of any intended measure by Betsy and an opportunity to resolve the issue, unless such notification would (i) prevent or impede the detection or prevention of fraud or other illegal activities, (ii) harm the legitimate interests of other Customers or third parties, or (iii) contravene applicable laws.

12.3 If you are a Pet Service Provider and terminate your Betsy account, any booking(s) will be automatically cancelled and your Pet Owners will receive a full refund. If you terminate your account as a Pet Owner, any confirmed booking(s) will be automatically cancelled and any refund will depend upon the terms of the Listing’s cancellation policy. When this agreement has been terminated, you are not entitled to a restoration of your account or any of your Content. If your access to or use of the Betsy Platform has been limited, or your Betsy account has been suspended, or this agreement has been terminated by us, you may not register a new account or access or use the Betsy Platform through an account of another Customer.

  1. LIABILITIES, WARRANTIES & INDEMNITIES

13.1 Betsy does not endorse or warrant the existence, conduct, performance, safety, quality, legality or suitability of any Pet Owner, Pet Service Provider, Pet Service Provider Service, Listing or third party and we do not warrant that verification, identity or background checks conducted on Customers (if any) will identify past misconduct or prevent future misconduct. Any references to a Customer being “verified” (or similar language) indicate only that the Customer or Betsy has completed a relevant verification or identification process and nothing else.

13.2 You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Betsy Services and the Pet Care Services is at your sole and exclusive risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, covenant not to claim, and discharge Betsy and any of our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, insurers or suppliers from any and all liability, now or in the future, for any claims or conditions arising out of or in connection with the Pet Care Services, except as specifically set forth in the Betsy Guarantee and Betsy Protection.

13.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, except as specifically set forth in the Betsy Guarantee and Betsy Protection, in no event will Betsy be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, and/or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the provision of the pet care services, including without limitation, property damage, theft, injury or death (which may include infection, infestation, bodily injury to, or death of, a pet), emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from the provision of the Pet Care Services, reliance on information or content posted on or transmitted through the Betsy service, or for any interactions between Customers, whether online or offline.

13.4 The Betsy Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied in relation to the Betsy Services, including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms, which may apply to the Betsy Services. We will not be liable to you for (i) any lack of performance, or the unavailability or failure of any of our Services or for any failure by us to comply with these Terms, where such lack, unavailability or failure arises from any cause reasonably beyond our control; (ii) any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-services attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Services or to your downloading of any content from it, or on any website linked to it.

13.5 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event will Betsy be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business losses, or loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill or other similar losses or expenses that arising out of or in connection with the Betsy Service.

13.6 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Customers agree to indemnify and hold Betsy harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (i) breach of these Terms, (ii) improper use of the Betsy Service, (iii) the Pet Care Services provided (iv) interactions with any Customer and in relation to any Pet Services, including without limitation any injuries, losses or damages (whether compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of such interaction, stay, participation or use, (v) your failure, or our failure at your direction, to accurately report, collect or remit Taxes, or (vi) your breach of any laws, regulations or third party rights such as intellectual property or privacy rights.

  1. COMPLAINTS 

We do offer arbitration to help to resolve disputes between Pet Owners and Pet Service Providers, decisions made as a result of this process are final. Betsy does offer guidance to Pet Service Providers in our code of conduct as to the expectations of providing a service through Betsy. Should Betsy be made aware of any actions/inactions which may be deemed in breach of this code of conduct then investigations will be made. Should the Pet Service Provider or Pet Owner be found to have breached our code of conduct, and resolution not reached, then Betsy reserves the right to remove access to the site for the individual concerned. We will not enter into negotiation.

  1. THIRD PARTY SERVICES 

The Betsy website may contain links to third party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy or security of such websites or resources. It is your sole responsibility to choose whether to access these sites or resources and you assume all risk in relation to such actions.

  1. GOOGLE TERMS Google disclaims all warranties related to the translations, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, reliability, and any implied warranties for merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some areas of the Betsy Platform implement Google Maps/Earth mapping services, including Google Maps API(s). Your use of Google Maps/Earth is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
  1. BETSY CONTENT

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the content, materials, branding, trademarks or logos used by Betsy in the Betsy Services (“Betsy Content”) are the exclusive property of Betsy and/or its licensors and agree that you will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices. You may not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit any Betsy Content as expressly permitted in these Terms. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Betsy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Betsy Content in accordance with these Terms.

  1. MODIFICATION

When we propose changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Betsy Platform and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. We will provide you with notice of the proposed material changes by email at least thirty (30) days before the date they become effective.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
